TERMS & CONDITIONS
If your date is available, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Without a deposit unfortunately we cannot hold your dates, and please remember we work on a first come first serve basis. Once your booking is secure we will be available exclusively for you. We take a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 1 week before the date of your first event. We accept Cash, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Cheque (cheques will need to clear before the event).
*PLEASE NOTE: Although we aim to have your proofs ready within 2 to 3 months, this time may be delayed during busy periods, especially during Holidays.
If the event is booked for 5 hours and you are finished within 4 hours, you will still be charged for the 5 hours you have booked.
If your event is delayed or you require more event coverage than originally booked, we can stay longer if possible. Additional time is charged per hour and this will be outlined at the time of booking.
We are based in Oldham and depending on the location of your event, a travel charge may be applicable.
After your event we aim to have your proofs ready within 2 to 3 months.*
Just for your peace of mind, we know how important it is for you to keep your photos private. Your photo will be kept private and confidentially put away in our data base with passwords.
Your photos will not be used for any marketing or website purposes unless signed and stated by yourself.
